Over 12 months in contact with the lees of the yeasts inside the bottle during its cellaring as well as the perfect blend of the Chardonnay, Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties gives Blanc de Blancs its unique body and versatility.
Uncork it and its vivacity and freshness will delight you. It has a fine persistent mousse that unfolds citrus notes and nuances of tropical fruit intermingled with complex aromas from aging and brioche. Its palate brings creamy, broad and lingering mouthfeel.
